Job Description

Key Responsibilities.

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • • Collect, record, and analyse operational data to support management reporting and decision-making.
  • • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, records, and databases.
  • • Liaise with departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination of company activities.
  • • Support budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking processes.
  • • Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing performance summaries.
  • • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Key Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • • Strong skills in data collection, recording, and analysis.
  • • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 50,000-65,000
