Hiring – HR Executive 🚨

Al Jaber Exchange is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a compliant and people-focused work environment while managing key HR functions that drive employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Conduct orientations, training programs, and workshops for staff at different sites.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee payroll, visa processing, and administration of employee benefits.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy clarifications to ensure a smooth workplace experience.
• Maintain HR records with high accuracy and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate Emiratization initiatives in line with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of proven HR operations experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
