Description:

Le Chêne has been exclusively retained by a diversified Abu Dhabi holding group operating across F&B, logistics and real estate to identify a strategic Chief Human Resources Officer who will shape the people agenda for six operating companies and a workforce of approximately 1,200 employees.

Scope of the Role:

• Oversee HR operations across six subsidiaries, providing leadership and governance for a 1,200-strong employee base.
• Lead UAE labour law transformation initiatives and own Emiratisation strategy and delivery.
• Design and implement executive compensation frameworks, succession planning and performance management for senior leadership.
• Drive cultural transformation efforts that align the group’s values with business strategy and growth plans.
• Partner with the executive team on organisation design, talent attraction, retention, and leadership development.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record with 20+ years in human resources and at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the GCC.
• Strong experience in large, multi-sector organisations or holding groups.
• Demonstrated expertise in compensation & benefits design, change management, Emiratisation and UAE labour law.
• Arabic fluency is an advantage.
• Professional HR accreditation such as CIPD or SHRM is preferred.
• Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.

Package:

• Competitive package in the range of AED 85,000–105,000 per month, plus family benefits.
