Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee daily administrative and office-related tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure confidentiality while adhering to HR policies and labor laws.
• Provide assistance in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance files.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR administration (fresh graduates with relevant experience can apply).
