Description:
A prestigious private members club in Abu Dhabi is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead its culinary team and set new benchmarks in fine dining. This role requires an experienced and creative culinary professional capable of designing and executing world-class menus that embody elegance, innovation, and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all culinary operations within the club’s kitchen.
• Create innovative, high-quality menus inspired by global dining trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain impeccable culinary standards and ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a multicultural team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage food costing, budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Work closely with the F&B and events departments to craft unique, tailored dining experiences.
• Represent the brand as a published or recognized chef, contributing to the club’s elite reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Formal Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional certification.
• Demonstrated background as a published or media-recognized chef.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in luxury dining or 5-star hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and advanced menu development capabilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Prior experience in private member clubs or upscale restaurant operations is highly desirable.
