Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and proven experience managing day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, leave, and payroll data.

Handle visa, insurance, and compliance processes.

Support employee engagement and performance reviews.

Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labor laws.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.

Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR documentation.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
