Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital in Dubai is seeking a skilled Billing Auditor to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding and auditing, with experience in evaluating internal controls and ensuring revenue integrity. You will work closely with finance, coding, and clinical teams to prevent revenue leakage, manage denials, and improve billing processes.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
• Knowledgeable in coding guidelines
• Conduct medical billing audits and reconciliations
• Manage denial cases and perform root cause analysis
• Evaluate internal controls and suggest process improvements
• Prevent revenue leakage and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with Finance, Coding, and Clinical Teams
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
