• We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Project Solutions Manager to lead, coordinate, and support renewable energy projects with a strong focus on wind. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing client-focused solutions, generating leads, offering technical training, and ensuring adherence to HSE standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate wind projects upon receiving a PO from our customer to completion.
• Develop and present technical proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support business development through lead generation, client engagement, and proposal writing.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions for internal teams and external clients on project implementation, technical systems, and HSE practices.
• Collaborate with the training department to ensure alignment of technical content and delivery.
• Liaise with customers to assess challenges, offer technical solutions, and improve satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects.
• Support technical marketing content creation for bids, reports, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and submit detailed training and project reports.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in renewable energy project management (wind and/or geothermal preferred).
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and their application in project execution.
• Proven ability to develop client-centric solutions and generate business leads.
• Experience in training delivery, facilitation, or technical instruction.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.
