Description:
We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Junior Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end commercialization, demand planning, and forecasting of beverage products. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP expertise (SAP), and advanced Excel capabilities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, stakeholders, and manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the commercialization process for new and existing products from concept development to market launch
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Marketing teams
• Support management and stakeholder coordination to achieve project timelines and objectives
• Utilize SAP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Models) for analysis, tracking, and reporting
• Monitor performance of internal and third-party manufacturing sites to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiency, and inventory management

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in FMCG Supply Chain, Commercialization, or Demand Planning
• Strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
• Proactive, analytical, and capable of working under tight deadlines
