Requirements

  • Candidates must have a background as a Quality Analyst supporting a Delinquency Role in a Call Centre
  • Candidates must be good at Call Quality Analysis as Well as Reporting analysis on Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong statistical and financial background needed.
