We are looking for a talented and creative Media Producer / Interviewer to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong on-camera presence, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to produce engaging interviews, podcasts, and lifestyle content for a fast-growing real estate and advisory brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, record, and manage interviews with agents, clients, and industry experts
• Set up and record professional-quality podcasts, including both video and audio
• Lead engaging conversations and bring authentic stories to life
• Suggest market-relevant topics to build trust and audience engagement
• Coordinate with Dubai and Middle East teams to ensure consistent weekly content output
• Deliver high-quality raw content to global marketing teams

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in media production, journalism, or podcasting
• Confident in leading on-camera interviews
• Skilled in audio/video setup, podcast equipment, and basic editing
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
