        Job Description
				
           Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions.
The role will involve coordinating production-related administrative tasks, managing communication between departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow across the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules and assist with production planning activities
- Manage office supplies and inventory related to production operations
- Prepare, maintain, and update production reports, documentation, and records
- Serve as a liaison between production, quality control, logistics, and HR departments
- Schedule meetings and manage internal communication on production-related matters
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new manufacturing staff
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- Contribute to improving administrative efficiency within production workflows
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
