Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Bogner Outsourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for positions in the healthcare and IT sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for healthcare and IT positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.

Requirements
