Job Description

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Nairobi. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online marketplace, assisting fashion vendors, handling customer inquiries, driving sales, and analyzing performance data. The role also includes developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, improving the customer experience, and working closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
