Job Overview

Jambojet, a leading name in the aviation industry, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our customer service team in Nairobi. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide them with accurate information and support.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide information related to flight schedules, travel requirements, and Jambojet services.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to enhance customer service experience.
  • We are on the lookout for Call Center Agents who can keep the conversation warm, the service sharp, and the smiles constant.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant field, such as Customer Service, Communication, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airlines or aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
