Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide them with accurate information and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide information related to flight schedules, travel requirements, and Jambojet services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to enhance customer service experience.
- We are on the lookout for Call Center Agents who can keep the conversation warm, the service sharp, and the smiles constant.
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field, such as Customer Service, Communication, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airlines or aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
