We’re looking for a driven Admin cum Sales Officer to grow admissions and partnerships for Tulip Nursery. If you love speaking with parents, hitting targets, and want flexibility in how/where you work—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, social, and community groups
• Convert enquiries to tours, and tours to admissions; maintain a high conversion rate
• Manage a structured follow-up pipeline using CRM/trackers
• Build partnerships with local communities, playgroups, and parent networks
• Hit weekly/monthly targets and report performance regularly

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ sales experience (education or services preferred)
• Strong communication in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus
• Confident on phone/WhatsApp; comfortable with basic CRM/Google Sheets
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
