Job Description
- The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years’ experience in senior operational leadership roles, with at least 5 years at executive or COO level, preferably within real estate, property development, PropTech, or related sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property, Finance, or related fields is essential, with a postgraduate qualification (MBA, MBL or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- This role demands a hands-on leader skilled in managing complex, multidisciplinary teams, driving operational performance through KPIs, overseeing budgets and compliance, and delivering continuous improvements in fast-paced environments.
