About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Beauty Sales Ladies to join our team at Brites Management Services. As a key player in our sales department, you will have the opportunity to drive our retail and marketing efforts, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Drive sales by actively promoting products and meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and preferences to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
