Role Overview
- The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building strong customer relationships across both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers and outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and supermarket chains.
- Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising.
- Execute trade promotions and track competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven individual.
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Salary: Ksh. 30,000
