HR & Admin Officer

Location: Nanyuki, Kenya

Salary: Kshs. 80,000 - Kshs. 140,000

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Nanyuki, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of human resources and administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee administrative functions and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Support in organizing company events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years proven experience in human resources and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
