Hiring – Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Location: Jumeriah Village Circle (JVC)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive passionate about achieving outstanding results for their clients to shine within an established team at Dubai’s leading Real Estate Agency.

Job Roles:

• Experience with Real Estate Property Portals (Bayut, Property Finder & Dubizzle), Able to advertise and leads generations campaigns and other marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Maintain company and projects branding consistency throughout the social media platforms, website, brochure printing, stationary, outdoor signages, campaigns etc.
• Handle social media agency with online digital campaigns, postings, stories, monthly calendars, strategies, creatives etc.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals. (ROIs)
• Handle website developer to keep website up to date and add new content i.e., news, images, video etc.
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Handle SEO with agency and overlooking reports on monthly basis.
• Organize and executing Sales event/Project launch/ roadshows/ broker events/ corporate events.
• Handle 3rd party agreements related to Marketing and Events.
• Handle all procurements for marketing from raising PO to executing of task.
• Create Customer Satisfaction Surveys as required.
• Design, and create e-brochures, banners, flyers, advertising materials and other graphic artworks for the company.
• Co-coordinating and liaising with different departments daily as per work requirement (Finance, Customer Care, HR, Marketing.
• Experience as a Marketing Specialist in Real Estate Industry IS A MUST
• Can Join Immediate

Skills Required:

• MS Office
• Marketing Software (Adobe Creative Suite – CRM – Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop) (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
