Now Hiring: Logistics & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Logistics & Operations Coordinator with solid experience in logistics management within the agriculture and animal feed sectors. This role will ensure smooth import/export operations, customs compliance, and efficient warehouse management for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import/export logistics and prepare all required documentation, including invoices, packing lists, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE/IFZA regulations, including relabeling and repackaging procedures.
• Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues.
• Generate detailed logistics reports and support VAT compliance filings.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant logistics or operations experience in the UAE, particularly in agriculture and animal feed industries.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance, re-export procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong communication abilities.
• Degree or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
