° We’re looking for a detail-oriented Traffic Manager to oversee workflow, manage timelines, and ensure projects move seamlessly across teams. You’ll be the key link between Account Managers, Creative, and Production, making sure deliverables are completed on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Do:
° Coordinate and manage the flow of work between internal teams (accounts, creative, media, and production).
° Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.
° Monitor resource allocation and flag potential bottlenecks early.
° Maintain clear communication between stakeholders to keep projects aligned with client goals.
° Oversee scheduling tools and reporting systems to improve efficiency.
° Ensure adherence to processes while finding smart ways to streamline workflows.
° Support Account Managers in prioritizing and balancing workload.
What We’re Looking For:
° Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
°™Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
° Solid understanding of agency workflows, from ideation to execution.
° Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
° Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate deadlines, and keep everyone on track.
° Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
