° The Research & Innovations Officer holds a pivotal position within the organization, driving the business forward through dedicated research, product innovation, and market intelligence. The officer will focus on identifying new business opportunities, carrying out comprehensive market research—which includes competitor and industry analysis—and generating actionable insights for the development of products and services. By providing evidence-based recommendations, the position supports the formulation and implementation of effective business growth strategies.
Key Performance Areas
° Business Research and Innovation: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation within the business.
° Market Intelligence & Analysis: Gather and analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
° Product Development Support: Provide insights and recommendations to support the creation and enhancement of products and services.
° Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that business solutions are aligned accordingly.
° Business Growth Enablement: Facilitate growth by delivering evidence-based strategies and recommendations that drive business development.
° Foster a culture of creativity and innovations.
Minimum Job Requirements
° A bachelor’s degree in related field
° Strong knowledge of the automotive and mobility industry, including an understanding of relevant technologies, current trends, and market dynamics.
° A minimum of four years’ proven experience in research, market analysis, product development, or innovation.
° Proficiency in research methodologies and expertise in data collection and analysis tools.
° Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, and presentation tools to effectively communicate findings and insights.
