Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
To provide an independent and objective evaluation of an organization’s environmental performance
To ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in environmental management systems.
To verify that sustainable practices and policies are being effectively implemented.
To act as a liaison between regulatory authorities, management, and stakeholders on environmental matters.
Collect and review background information, permits, and documentation before audits. Conducting Audits
Evaluate compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and standards.
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
Good communication and people skills.
A passion for environmental conservation and sustainability
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
