DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Plan and implement effective sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Identify potential customers and tailor sales approaches to suit different market segments.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
Proactively seek out and engage new customers, contractors, and distributors for silicone sealant products.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts through consistent follow-ups, excellent service, and after-sales support.
Schedule regular visits to clients to ensure product satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Product Demonstration & Technical Support:
Provide on-site demonstrations to customers on the correct usage and benefits of silicone sealant products.
Offer technical advice to clients, contractors, and application teams to ensure proper usage, storage, and application techniques.
Customer Service & Complaint Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries related to product selection, application, or complaints.
Handle customer issues promptly, professionally, and in line with the company's customer care policy.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
Gather feedback from the market and report insights to help refine sales strategies.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Payment Collection & Credit Management:
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and compliance with credit terms.
Coordinate with the accounts team to resolve outstanding payment issues.
Marketing & Promotional Activities:
Participate in marketing initiatives such as product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Distribute marketing materials and samples to potential clients and explain product advantages.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and technical departments to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
Provide feedback from the field to improve product development and marketing strategies.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 1–2 years proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction or industrial products
Technical knowledge of silicone sealant products and application is mandatory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets and deliver results
Must possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driving license is an added advantage
