Digital Content Management
Author and optimize high-quality blog posts for our corporate website, adhering strictly to brand voice, style guides, and SEO best practices.
Proactively manage and update website content on our WordPress platform, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and an optimal user experience.
Community Engagement & Monitoring
Champion our brand's online presence by actively engaging with our community, responding thoughtfully to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful connections.
Conduct rigorous monitoring of social media trends, competitor strategies, and industry conversations to identify emerging opportunities and inform content direction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Contribute to the crucial task of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting social media performance data.

Requirements
Recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
Demonstrable strong understanding of major social media platforms, including X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with their distinct audiences and best practices.
Advanced proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a flair for engaging storytelling.
