Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product visibility and sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Manage advertising, promotions, and social media activities to boost brand awareness.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Organize product exhibitions, field demonstrations, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the production and sales teams to align supply with market demand.
Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing performance, and market trends.
Ensure timely feedback collection from customers and address concerns to strengthen loyalty.
Explore and develop new distribution channels to expand the farm’s market reach.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agriculture, poultry, or FMCG.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
Knowledge of the agriculture or poultry industry is an added advantage.
