Experience & Skills
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers through persuasive communication and demonstrations.
- Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Offer feedback and recommendations to improve product positioning and sales strategy.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and activations.
- Represent the brand partner with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in retail, publishing, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
