Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular reports for the Managing Director on sales performance and market trends.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Other Requirements
At least 5 years Proven experience in business development, sales in an insurance sector preferably in an insurance brokerage firm.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field is an added advantage.
