Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

Conduct regular calls, visits, and presentations to both existing and prospective customers to drive sales and grow the customer base.

 

Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules to effectively cover assigned territories and meet sales targets.

 

Demonstrate product knowledge by showcasing suitable solutions to customers and educating them on the benefits of using genuine parts.

 

Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Coordinate closely with marketing, finance, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless sales execution and customer service delivery.

 

Collect and analyse market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitor activities, and recommend strategies to enhance sales.

 

Manage customer accounts by overseeing debt collection and credit limits in line with company policies.

 

Support the development and performance of dealers in the region and enhance their visibility by executing approved marketing activities.

 

Prepare and submit timely reports including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly performance reviews to track progress and inform decisions.

 

Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor as required.

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Auto Parts Sales, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.

 

In-depth knowledge of Auto Parts.

 

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

 

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Holder of a valid driver’s license.
