Role Overview

 

Equity Investment Bank is seeking a high-performing individual with advanced data analytics capabilities, business acumen, and strong communication skills to support the Managing Director in driving strategic initiatives, performance tracking, and executive decision-making.

 

The Analyst – office of the MD, will work closely with the Managing Director, providing in-depth data analysis, developing executive-level reports and presentations, and offering insights that inform business direction. This is a high-visibility role suitable for a driven and analytical team member who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Data & Performance Analytics

 

Analyze internal business performance data to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.

 

Develop and maintain executive dashboards and business performance trackers.

 

Consolidate reports from various departments into unified executive summaries.

 

Executive Presentations & Strategic Communication

 

Prepare high-quality decks and strategy presentations.

 

Translate complex data and ideas into clear, compelling visual presentations.

 

Support the MD in planning and communicating strategic priorities.

 

Project & Initiative Support

 

Provide analytical and coordination support for strategic initiatives.

 

Monitor progress of high-priority projects and assist in executive-level reporting.

 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, verify data, and align insights.

 

Research & Business Intelligence

 

Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research to inform executive decisions.

 

Track emerging trends and provide briefings on risks and opportunities.

 

Support scenario modeling and forecasting for key business initiatives.

 

 Qualifications

 

 Required Qualifications & Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree

 

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau, SQL, and PowerPoint.

 

Experience preparing presentations for executive or board-level stakeholders is essential.
