Job Description

Our client, a leading company in the travel technology space, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Account and Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Kenya.

 

This strategic role is focused on helping travel agencies boost flight ticket sales, access NDC-based airline content, and grow ancillary revenue using our client’s cutting-edge platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Drive platform adoption and booking volumes

 

Manage and grow strategic agency accounts

 

Deliver product training and sales enablement

 

Support onboarding and technical integrations (APIs, B2B)

 

Track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities

 

Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings

 

Requirements:

 

5–10 years in B2B sales/account management (preferably in travel tech, OTAs, TMCs, or airlines)

 

Strong understanding of airline distribution systems, especially NDC

 

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

 

Tech-savvy with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and API familiarity

 

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

 

Willingness to travel for meetings and events
