Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
Identify customer pain points and opportunities through market research, data analytics, and user feedback.
Prepare business cases, product requirements, user stories, and wireframes
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to develop go-to-market plans and customer adoption strategies.
Ensure strong product positioning, pricing, and communication aligned with customer segments.
Act as the voice of the customer and a central point of contact across cross-functional teams: technology, operations, legal, finance, and customer experience.
Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features
Track and analyze product performance across key metrics (revenue, active users, churn, etc.
Continuously optimize product features to drive usage, retention, and profitability.
Monitor competitive landscape and adapt product strategies accordingly.
Enforce culture of regulatory and policy compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in mobile money, fintech, or digital financial services.
Demonstrated success in launching and managing financial or digital products at scale.
Experience working in agile product development environments.
