Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop engaging graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring they align with company guidelines.
  • Edit and retouch images and visuals for use across platforms.
  • Create short animations, motion graphics, or reels (bonus but not mandatory).
  • Prepare and optimize files for web and print use.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and branding.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a graphic designer in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and high-quality design work
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media content formats
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly
Salary: Kshs. 25,000
