Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding products, services, and general information.
• Resolve and escalate customer complaints professionally.

• Maintain accurate call logs and records using ERP and Odoo systems.
• Verify and register customer warranty and CoolCare details.
• Guide customers through the online shopping experience and follow up on potential purchase orders.

• Respond to customer feedback on social media and prepare trend reports.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide analysis reports.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong data entry, typing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet call KPIs.
• Familiarity with customer service practices, emergency handling, and social media engagement is a plus.
