Job Description
Purpose of the Position:
- You will be responsible for generating company revenue by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Providing exceptional customer lifecycle management with revenue growth that ensures profitability.
Key Performance Objectives
Tasks
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to ensure weekly customer reordering
- Upsell customer orders using a list of curated focus products
- Push a product mix to customers to ensure wider basket coverage
- Activation of newly onboarded/launched products and services
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.
- Any other lawful duties assigned.
