Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tours Consultant who will be responsible for the designing and managing both inbound and outbound travel packages. The ideal candidate should be very creative, have a strong background in itinerary & budget planning, customer service, and a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.
Your key roles will include:
- Design and sell customized inbound and outbound tour packages.
- Handle client inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
- Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to secure the best rates.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and payments.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and international travel regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.
Our requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in tours and travel package creation (both local & international – in & out bound).
- Strong knowledge of destinations, pricing, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to use reservation systems and travel management software.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
