Job Description
- At least 1 year of experience as a voice call center agent/Customer Service Representative handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Healthcare/Hospital experience, handling inbound/outbound calls, Medical Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification.
- Outstanding phone Communication skills (Inbound & Outbound) experienced in Call Centre role in English
- Ability to understand and comprehend Medical Terminologies.
- Ability to conduct internet searches and navigate multiple websites.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs including night shifts and must be staying within or ready to relocate to Kitengela, Athi River, or Mlolongo.
Salary: KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000
