Position Overview:

A Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering information into databases, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring efficient data processing. They often work with spreadsheets and other data management tools, performing tasks like data verification and cleaning.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data in systems or spreadsheets.
• Verify data for consistency and accuracy.
• Manage electronic and hard copy records systematically.
• Generate reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies.

Minimum Qualification

• Diploma/degree in (Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry/ Business Development) or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ILMS, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in data entry or a related field is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in offshore operations and related activities within the oil & gas industry
