Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive. plan and document the content and digital strategy for the different brands within the Java House Group (Java House, Kukito, 360 Degrees, Planet Yoghurt). Initiate, execute & measure various digital marketing campaigns to drive current and future demand for the brands.
  • Track and report digital marketing key performance indicators and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for optimizing strategy &budget allocations. Monitor social platforms and other relevant sites to manage the brands online reputation.
  • Influencer Management.
  • Digital Media Buying
  • Develop engaging, creative & innovative content on all digital platforms i..., social media platforms, blog post and newsletter.
  • Facilitate the development and management of all brand digital assets not limited to the brand website, apps, social media assets.
  • Monitor online trends and competitor activity to ensure all brands within JHG remain relevant and meaningful to its customer base. Ensuring brand consistency in online messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/MS degree in relevant field. Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Organized, with ability to priorities time sensitive assignments.
  • Creative and flexible.
  • Strong analytical, communicating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in online marketing or social media management.
  • Familiar with search engine optimization.
  • Excellent copywriter.

  • Demonstrate passion for digital and brand marketing.
  • Understand the dynamics around commercialization of digital marketing.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
