Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled ( IT System Admin ) to join our team.

 In this role, you will support and maintain our IT infrastructure, solve technical problems, ensure system reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, identify root causes, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Network Management:

• Administer and maintain company networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi , etc.).
• Monitor network performance and ensure network security.
• Implement and manage firewalls, routers, and switches.

System Administration:

• Maintain and support servers, operating systems (Windows, Linux, VM, etc.), and software applications.
• Manage system updates, backups, and security patches.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and uptime.

Hardware Maintenance:

• Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer equipment and peripherals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• [2-5+] years of experience in IT support, system administration
• Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
