Job Description
  • As the Digital Marketer, you will oversee all marketing functions, driving the company’s brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing. This role requires a visionary marketer capable of executing innovative campaigns while aligning marketing efforts with the company’s business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and craft tailored marketing plans to engage and convert leads.
  • Monitor and adapt strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Brand Management
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Digital and Traditional Marketing
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage offline marketing activities such as events, print advertising, and public relations.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned across all channels.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Use data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and refine approaches.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, andcustomer service.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing team.
  • Budget and Performance Management
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The job holder should have the following qualifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in real estate
