We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Design and implement HR policies in line with industry standards & organizational values, and provide guidance across departments.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, such as recruitment, and identify competencies required in coordination with department managers.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develops, updates, implements, and communicates staff policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Understands and can serve as backup on all functions onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager.
  • Lead the onboarding process for recruits.
  • Responsible for driving initiatives within the business that will facilitate employee retention.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the performance appraisals are conducted on time and in a qualitative manner.
  • Ensure employee queries are addressed promptly through frequent contact and support
  • Utilizes resources to address employee issues and concerns as needed.
  • Screen/review online applications, evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and ability.
  • Develop a shortlist of potential candidates to forward to the management.
  • Coordinate pre-employment test schedules and conduct applicant preliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone).
  • Present fully screened, qualified candidates to managers promptly. Facilitate applicant interviews in person and/or on the phone).
  • Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with managers. Provide candidates with feedback on the interview results.
  • Complete a minimum of three (3) reference checks on selected candidates. Complete a background check as requested.
  • Manage offers process them, and negotiate compensation packages, including salary, start date, etc.
  • Prepare an offer letter/employment agreement for signature by the manager, candidate, and others as appropriate.
  • Send candidate human resources orientation documents to complete and return to the human resources department.

Submit all candidate information (resume, employment application, USAID bio-data form, references, communications, and backup documentation) to the Human resources department for onboarding.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month

Criteria to apply

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Prefer any nationality
