Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to provide support to our Marketing department in various administrative and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a strong organizational mindset, an understanding of marketing principles, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to manage and maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Assist in developing marketing and sales literature to augment sales efforts
- Assists in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support in managing the company's social media accounts, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution and high participant engagement.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and other online platforms, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing marketing reports, and managing marketing databases.
- Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, tracking their success and suggesting improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or equivalent
- Previous experience in a marketing support role will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
