Job Description:
As a Sales Representative for our Smart Home Automation solutions, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and delivering customized smart home systems to residential and commercial clients across the UAE. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure smooth installations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the UAE market.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate smart home automation products, explaining the benefits of IoT devices such as security systems, lighting control, thermostats, and more.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that improve home security, energy efficiency, and convenience.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Post-Sales Support: Educate clients on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience in UAE: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market, preferably in IT, smart home automation, or related industries. Familiarity with the UAE's business environment, customer preferences, and market dynamics is essential.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of smart home systems, IoT devices, and home automation platforms (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Z-Wave).
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Valid UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required for client visits and meetings across the region.
