Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar, white-collar, and executive-level positions.
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.
• Maintain and update recruitment systems and databases.
• Oversee workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
• Support HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and HR activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, specifically in the heavy machinery and construction industry.
• Proven expertise in recruitment across multiple job levels.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
