We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Real Estate Driver Cum Assistant with a strong understanding of Dubai's roads and real estate market. The ideal candidate will be an experienced driver with excellent administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting the smooth operations of our growing real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving and Logistics:

Provide reliable transportation for company owners, agents, and clients.

Assist agents with property viewings and meetings across Dubai.

Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent condition.

Administrative Support:

Collect and deliver documents to developers and other stakeholders.

Pick up and deposit cheques from buyers and sellers.

Ensure timely and accurate handling of all assigned tasks.

Personal Assistance:

Act as a personal driver to the company owners, ensuring timely arrivals for appointments and events.

Perform additional errands and tasks as required by the management.

Real Estate Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about key locations and developments in Dubai’s real estate market.

Assist in navigating clients and colleagues through Dubai's dynamic real estate landscape.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years driving experience in Dubai.

Familiarity with Dubai’s road network

Skills:

Basic understanding of the real estate market and processes in Dubai.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Professional demeanor and excellent time management abilities.

Other Qualifications:

Valid UAE driving license.

Willingness to relocate to Jebel Ali or Al Furjan.
