Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry or property management.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or real estate-specific accounting systems).
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of real estate financial regulations and tax requirements is essential.
