Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. A HR professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of HR management experience with atleast 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and conflict resolution skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Be able to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to align HR practices with business goals and provide insights to drive the company forward.
- Uphold ethical standards and acts with transparency and accountability.
